How long does the account opening procedure take?

The complete procedure takes about one week:

1. Completion of the account opening forms, downloadable on our website. Choose your account type (Silver, Gold or Platinum) according to your initial deposit.
   
2. After step six of the completion of the account opening forms print the required documents, add a certified copy of your identity card or passport as well as the proof of address.
   
3. Send the entire dossier to our office either in Geneva, 48, routedes Acacias -1227 Carouge- GE - Switzerland or in Paris, 72, rue du Faubourg St Honoré - 75008 Paris.
   
4. Wait for the call of a RTFX employee who will ask you for some complementary information associated with the fight against money laundry. This information will be treated highly confidential of course.
   
5. As soon as your dossier is complete, you will receive a confirmative e-mail announcing the opening of your trading account and providing you with the bank coordinates necessary for the transfer of your initial deposit.
   
6. As soon as we get your deposit, we send you an e-mail with your password. All you have to do is call us one last time (free call back) in order to get your security certificate and finally you can enter the platform and start trading.
