Investors sold the dollar following the Kremlin statement.

The dollar has fallen sharply against the euro to 1.4204, 1.0656 against the Swiss franc, 1.6401 against the pound sterling and 95.84 against the yen following the Kremlin's statement that the BRIC (Russia, Brazil, India and China) summit this month will debate the proposal of a supra-national world currency.
