Comments:

DowJones crossed the bar 9,000 points raised by the resistance of several quarterly earnings announcements of large U.S. companies. However, the dollar regained ground following the release late yesterday afternoon of disappointing results of a major software company: the EURUSD, after testing 1.4291 yesterday afternoon, went lower to 1.4120 yesterday evening at 22:00 CET.

Today, a new series of U.S. corporate results and indicators are expected, therefore the PMI index, the IFO business climate in Germany and the index Reuters / University of Michigan in the United States.
