The Pound drops after the CBI report
Today the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) showed that high street retailers suffered a sharp drop on their sales figures. The CBI in its survey said that 61% of their respondents pronounce that compared to a year ago the retail sales in the first half of June were lower against 25% who said the contrary.
Currently the Sterling is at 1.9871 against the USD, 0.7930 against EUR, 2.0609 against the Swiss francs and 214.15 against the yen.
