Everything is about the USD today
The greenback leaps to several months high against EUR and GBP as the market had time to digest what happened yesterday as the Euro zone, UK and other central banks acknowledge more the rapid deterioration of their economies
EUR/USD took a hard hit extending losses to 1.5005 with USD touching 6-month high against EUR and. USD hits 7 month high against GBP as the pair slipped to 1.9146. USD/JPY also rose to a 7 month high climbing up to 110.37 as oil prices fell drastically which in turn propelled US stocks higher. And, USD/CHF hits a 4.5 month high at 1.0837. As USD has broken important levels this could signal that the uptrend is gaining momentum and is extending further.
